Miramar Cove, set to be the city’s largest walkable village, was covered by the Miramar News in a recap of the groundbreaking for the 125-acre mixed-use development at Miramar Parkway and Red Road.
As the Miramar News reports, the 15-minute community will combine market-rate apartments with reserved workforce housing, alongside multi-family housing, a hotel, restaurants, bars, cafes, and boutiques. Connected by pedestrian promenades and public parks, the center of this new Miramar development is a signature 5.5-acre translucent blue water cove with a synchronized musical fountain show and a residents-only beach club. Completion is slated for fall 2028.
