Miramar Cove, positioned as South Florida’s first true inland waterfront destination, was covered by Connect CRE as Sunbeam Development Corporation and Stiles officially broke ground on the 125-acre mixed-use community in Miramar. Nearly one-third of the site is dedicated to water features, including a central cove with translucent blue water alongside synchronized fountain shows designed for daily and evening activity.
As Connect CRE reports, with total project costs expected to reach $1 billion, full buildout of this new Miramar development will deliver 2,874 contemporary-style homes, 400,000 square feet of retail anchored by a 35,000-square-foot grocer, 125,000 square feet of Class A office space, and a 185-key hotel. A grand opening is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028.
